Shipping Policy

Yarn is shipped via USPS. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order during the checkout process; I strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Please allow time for processing. Domestic orders are typically shipped within 3 business days and international orders are shipped once per week.

Classes are available through Teachable as streaming, digital video files.

Patterns are instant, digital downloads.

Return & Exchange Policy

I want to you love your yarn, patterns, and classes!

If you are unsatisfied with a yarn purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Yarn must be in original condition (i.e. skeined with tags attached); you'll be responsible for original and return shipping costs.

According to Teachable's policy, online classes can be refunded within 30 days. Please contact me at knittingthestash(at)gmail.com for a cancelation. Please note that a refund will also result in student(s) being unenrolled from the course.

Patterns are instant, digital PDF downloads and are, unfortunately, not eligible for refunds.
